Your area of responsibility

• Office management
• Telephone switchboard
• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Telephone customer advice
• Enquiry and quotation processing
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system (customers, prices)
• Visitor support and preparation of meetings: catering, provision of required documents
• Trade fair preparation, support and follow-up
• Support for sales staff

What you should bring along

• Commercial training or similar qualification
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Other languages an advantage (ideally French or Spanish)
• Class B driving licence
• Good PC skills (MS Office and previous knowledge of merchandise management programmes)
