Privacy Policy
We are pleased about your visit to our website and your interest in the range of LISTEC GmbH services. Protecting your privacy is of utmost very importance to us. In handling your data we strive to achieve the greatest possible safety and security and your data will be processed carefully and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. Below we will explain which data will be collected during your stay on our website, how they will be used and we will inform you about your rights.
1. Which data are collected and how are they used?
1.1 Recording
When visiting our website your browser automatically sends technical data which our web server records (server log). The web server is operated by a hoster. The recorded data include:
- the browser ID
- the used system
- the date and time of your access
- the pages you have visited on our website
- the IP address
The server log is used exclusively to ensure the proper operation of the web server (troubleshooting, investigation of misuse, protection from attack attempts), without access for no specific reason. The hoster stores only pseudonymized IP addresses of visitors to the website. At the web server level, this is done by storing an IP address instead of the actual IP address of the visitor in the logfile by default, replacing the last 3 digits with a random value. The production of a personal reference is therefore no longer possible. Server logs older than 2 months are automatically deleted.
1.2 Cookies
Websites partly use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and that are stored by your browser. We use so-called session cookies to make using our website easier and to meet your needs. Session cookies are cached only for the duration of your use of our website and deleted as soon as they end your browser session.
You can configure your browser so that cookies are not saved and/or you can delete the cookies via your browser at any time. However, this may lead to restricted functionality and performance of our website.

Once you have clicked on any of these links we no longer have any influence over the collection, saving and processing of any data which are directly transmitted to the third party when clicking on the link since obviously all third-party conduct is beyond our control. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for the processing of any such data. Please consult the privacy policies of the relevant third parties for information on purpose and scope of their data collection, further processing and use of data as well setting options for the protection of your privacy.
1.4 Further data processing
