Order processing & purchasing clerk (m/f/d)

LISTEC GmbH, headquartered in Isen, district of Erding, produces and distributes resettable
linear heat detectors (LIST and d-LIST) for early fire detection and temperature monitoring in industrial plants. As a leading manufacturer, we set standards with our sensor cable systems in Germany, Europe and beyond. 

For more than 30 years, we have been ensuring the safety of people, goods and property - perhaps soon together with you?

Your area of responsibility

• Order entry, verification and confirmation
• Internal order coordination with production/purchasing and external coordination with customers
• Processing of general customer concerns such as delivery time enquiries
• General administrative tasks, e.g. master data maintenance in the ERP
• Entering, controlling and payment preparation of supplier invoices
• Support for the purchasing department
• Telephone switchboard
• Holiday replacement based on the area of responsibility

What you should bring along

• Commercial education or similar qualification
• Fluently written and spoken German and (very) good English skills
• Additional language skills of advantage (preferably Spanish and French)
• Independent, structured and target-orientated way of working
• Experiences with Microsoft 365 and ERP are an advantage
